Ere Wellness is a woman-led organisation based in Lagos, Nigeria, which specializes in Wellness & Company Culture Workshops with a focus on mental health, conscious leadership, communication and team effectiveness. Having facilitated workshops at Google, ExxonMobil, KPMG and King’s College London to name a few, Ere Wellness transforms companies' organizational culture through interactive solo and group activities based on cognitive behavioral theories.

 

In addition to our corporate impact, Ere Wellness nurtures a growing international community of women ages 18 - 60+ who connect, support and empower each other through monthly virtual and in-person get-togethers, by sharing experiences, career opportunities and resources.
